About Us

Storai is a jewelry artist whose work embodies stories and techniques passed down through the generations. Originally from Afghanistan, she is trained in traditional jewelry making which she learned in the streets of Murad Khani Kabul at Turquoise Mountain Art School. 

Jewelry making has become her voice in a world that often silences women—each piece a declaration of strength and empowerment. Now her practice is based in Los Angeles where she merges her Afghan traditional craft with a modern lifestyle; crafting jewelry that tells a story of survival, transformation, ancestral wisdom, resilience,and rebirth.
